Cleaning your furniture upholstery might seem like a pretty straight forward idea, but in fact there are numerous things to watch out for.

First and foremost it’s important to remember that upholstery, just like furnishings, is made up of different fabrics. Different fabrics demand different cleaning and care. Therefore, although our first instinct may be to pour more water when cleaning and apply more detergents, these concepts can actually work against us when upholstery cleaning.
